Interesting exposure for a night time shot. How do you make the building glow like that? Almost eerie!

this building hv spot lights on it.. very good lilghting.. i took this pic without using flash and am using anti-shake feature by Olympus... very good and cool feature.. it really helps a lot in taking nite picture.. i like it very much
