Shanghai 201003

I am taking mid-night flight to Shanghai, I have requested to have right window seat, because I want to see the sunrise at 11,000m above see level. Wah! it is really red and very bright sun, hardly can stand the sunlight, just look at it for few seconds then close the window. Is very good experience.

This time of Shanghai is very cold, however I like it, weather range between 16 to 5 degree. On some of the raining day the temperature drop to as low as 2 degree at night with wind. Have been working like dog during my first 8 days of stay, every day work till 10pm at night. Only the last, ie. saturday, got a chance to walk around and enjoy the weather. Is sad that the Bund is only re-open on the next day so I did not have a chance to take picture of Pudong (The pearl tower). After which I cross to the opposite and get into Pearl Tower to see the Shanghai city in 360 degree then end up with drinking my favorites German beer - Paulaner and manage to take some nice sunset pictures.

On the way to Pudong Airport I took the high speed train - Maglev train, it traveled at 300KM per hour.. wah! really fast, distance of 30km it took only 8 minutes. Great !!! It cost me only RMB40.
